SHIPPING INFORMATION

The products are delivered throughout Italy and internationally.

Your order can be shipped to an address of your choice (home, work, etc. — P.O. boxes are not accepted). Orders are shipped within 24 hours for most items, and within 72 hours for select items. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days within Italy. Estimated delivery times may vary for international orders.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all orders. All shipments include tracking and require a signature on delivery to ensure the condition of the goods.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your product within 14 working days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stochosell.com.

Once your return is approved, ship the product to: DIENNE S.R.L., Via Antonio Gramsci 7, 67051 Avezzano (AQ), Italia.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
