Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:

• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery receipt).

Reimbursement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, since orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account you provide, within 7-14 working days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@stochosell.com and we will look into it promptly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
